Waisman Center Genetics Clinic awarded Star Performer Rating

The Waisman Center's Genetics Clinic has recently recieved a “Star Performer” rating in the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2009. In fact, Genetics shared the highest honors with the Breast Center; together, these two programs surpassed client ratings of every other clinical program in the entire UWHC system.

Press Ganey is an independent research company that mails surveys to patients of the UW Health clinics. The Star Clinic Award is given to those clinics within the UW Health System that reach the 90th percentile in an overall score of Academic Practices across the United States.

The “Star Clinic Award” was presented at a July 8, 2009 luncheon by Jennifer Brazelton, Director of Clinics and Community Outreach for UW Children's Hospital.
