Your computer will need to have the program called iTunes on it. When you download iTunes, the program Quicktime is also added to your computer. You can get these programs for FREE. Go to www.apple.com/downloads and select the link that will download both iTunes and Quicktime. You can find appropriate versions of the software for different computers (Windows XP, Vista, Mac). Select "run" and follow the instructions for installing it on your computer. If you are at work and can't independently download programs onto your computer, ask your IT department to assist you with this process. Once you have iTunes on your computer, you can select the "subscribe" button below and podcast episodes posted on this website will be automatically delivered to your computer. You will need to open iTunes and select "podcasts" from the menu options. Each time you open iTunes, your computer will automatically check for new episodes and download them to your computer.

If you don't want to download iTunes, there are other ways to view the video podcasts.

You should able to watch videos posted on this site on your computer if you have a high- speed internet connection. Your computer should be ready to just browse the videos posted on this website.
