Background & Interests:
Ms. Boisvert has a Master's of Education-Professional Development with a concentration on leadership. She currently serves as the RESource liaison and consultant between the State Birth to 3 Program and counties in the western region of the state. She also works as an Infant/Toddler Specialist for the Great Lakes Head Start Quality Network (QNet). She is employed by CESA 5 for both of these positions.

In addition, Kathy worked as a Birth to 3 Early Interventionist for more than eight years and served in Head Start as a Disability/Health Coordinator and Family and Community Partnership Coordinator for more than four years. She has worked in partnership with early childhood, special education, family literacy, child care, community action agencies as well as numerous health and human services agencies to promote family centered intervention as a direct service provider, coordinator and advocate throughout her career.
