Overview

The Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program is designed to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities and their families as specified within the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C. The Birth to 3 Program providers serve families of eligible children to help them best facilitate their child’s development.
