Pathways to Effective Service Coordination for Infants and Toddlers
with Disabilities and Their Families: An Independent Learning Course
(C896-200)
Pathways staff developed a correspondence course with content organized
into three sections. Participants will learn: foundations of service
coordination; roles and responsibilities of service coordination;
and effective skills in service coordination.
Participants work at their own pace, set individual goals for the
course, practice skills presented in written materials and reflect
upon their experiences. Participants develop an individualized learning
plan and keep a journal to record written assignments throughout the
course.
COST: $186, which includes a course text, videotape and supplemental
reader. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: 5 CEUs
