Service Coordination
The federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Wisconsin Administrative Code, HS 90, mandate that each family whose infant or toddler is eligible for services from the state's early intervention program be assigned a service coordinator. Service coordination is essential to supporting families, helping them navigate a complex service system and empowering them to access services beyond Birth to 3.
