The course content includes recognizing and caring for breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults and heart disease prevention. This training also includes an overview of first aid. Skills include Adult CPR, controlling bleeding; caring for muscle, bone and joint injuries; treating burns; and responding to shock. Upon successful completion of the course requirements, students will receive Quick Reference Guide and an Adult CPR and/or First Aid Certificate. |
