Available Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. After hours, this phone number will relay messages to staff members off-site. Leaving a voice-mail message is the surest way to get attention for an urgent problem.
One easy email automatically creates a ticket in our
Request Tracking System. Your message will be seen by
everyone on the Computing Team, and the person best
suited to help you will respond.
Be sure to give us a nice descriptive subject line, as this will make it easier for us to route your ticket.
Would you like to track the progress of your requests?
You can now get access to "RT" to monitor your tickets every step of the way.
Login using your e-mail address as a username, and if you do not yet have a password, e-mail us to request one.

(608) 264-HELP - Available from 6am to 1am, seven days a week.
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) also maintains a Help Desk with OUTAGE information. Or, they might be able to assist you with problems related to the Campus Network or any other UW system or application.
