Community of Practice on Autism Spectrum Disorders
and other Developmental Disabilities (CoP ASD/DD)

Led by a steering team which includes parents, researchers, physicians, and many others, the CoP ASD/DD gathers stakeholders from throughout Wisconsin three times a year. Usually we spend part of the day learning together about new developments and implementations on national, state and local levels. The rest of the time we break into smaller practice groups, where people work together on a common interest to help improve the infrastructure of services and supports for CYSHCN. If you are not familiar with the Community of Practice model, we invite you to learn more. Information on our future meetings is available, as well as information from our past meetings. You can also learn more about our seven practice groups and what each is focusing on.

We are also excited to be a part of sharedwork.org. Sharedwork.org is place where multiple states can share what they are learning and work together on a number of different initiatives. Once you register on the site, scroll down to National Community of Practice on Autism Spectrum Disorder and see what is happening around the country.
