The CoP ASD/DD was started as part of the Connections Iniative which ended in fall of 2011. The CoP ASD/DD has continued on even without grant funding and is led by a steering team which includes parents, researchers, physicians, and many others. The CoP ASD/DD gathers stakeholders from throughout Wisconsin three times a year. Usually we spend a morning learning together about new developments and implementations on national, state and local levels (although we do hold all-day meetings when sponsors underwrite the day). If you are not familiar with the Community of Practice model, we invite you to learn more. Information on our future meetings is available, as well as information from our past meetings. When we can, we post information on research opportunities, news articles and events on our current interests page.
