About Core Services at the Waisman Center

The Waisman Center Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Research Center facilitates the advancement and integration of behavioral and biological research by providing vital resources and services to investigators through four cores: the Research Participation Core, Brain Imaging Core, Rodent Models Core and Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience Core. Additional services, including the design and preparation of scientific posters for conferences, and manufacturing and testing of biological pharmaceuticals for clinical trials, are also available.
Required Core Grant Acknowledgements
All Waisman Center IDDRC Principal Investigators are expected to acknowledge their Waisman Center IDDRC affiliation and their use of Waisman Center Cores in all published papers.
For example: "This study was supported in part by a core grant to the Waisman Center from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (P30 HD03352)."
