13. Transition: A Time for Growth (1996)

Running Time: 13 minutes
For parents of children with disabilities, the three-year mark
represents a time of transition. At that time, the services related
to a child's education become the responsibility of the local
school district. This video, much of which was filmed in Wisconsin,
is a comforting walk through the transition process from the
perspectives of several parents - what you should expect, and
what you can do to ensure the best outcome for your child.
