- Pregnancy, Birth and the First Weeks of Life
(47 minutes)
- The First Month Through the First Year (45
minutes)
- One Year Through Toddlerhood (50 minutes)
In these 3 videos on parenting, Dr. T. Berry
Brazelton defines Touchpoints as the periods of time that precede
a rapid growth in learning for both parent and children, critical
to future development. The first video depicts twelve families,
all in unique situations, as they prepare for birth and experience
the early years of their child's life. Volume two takes on the
more practical issues of being a day-to-day parent. Volume three
deals with the more complex issues of two to three year old children
as they discover and exercise their independence. The tapes provide
a practical guide for all parents.
