PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • each paper presentation is allotted 20 minutes
  • a PC laptop, LCD projector, laser pointer, will be provided in each room. If you will be doing a power point presentation, it is advised that you bring your presentation on a jump/flash drive and a CD formatted for a PC. We would like to load all presentations onto the in-room laptop prior to each paper session (either during a break, a lunch, etc.) Please see Teresa Palumbo or the AV coordinator at the conference to coordinate a time to load your presentation onto the laptop.
  • you are responsible for your own handouts should you decide to have them
  • all three paper sessions are on Thursday, March 19, 2009 from ?:?0 p.m.-?:?0 p.m.
  • check the website to see which program session you were assigned to at
  • presentations should be given in the order listed on the Program (when it becomes available)

SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • each symposium has a 1 hour and 30 minute time block in which to fit all presentations
  • all presentations for each symposium need to be loaded onto ONE laptop prior to the scheduled presentation time
  • a PC laptop, LCD projector, and laser pointer will be available in each room. If you will be using the provided PC laptop for your presentations, please contact the AV coordinator at the conference to coordinate a time to load the presentations prior to your session (during a break, registration, lunch, etc.)
  • bring your presentations on a jump/flash drive formatted for a PC in addition to a back-up
  • you are responsible for your own handouts should you decide to have them
  • check the Program schedule, when it becomes available, for your assigned symposium session

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • poster boards will be 4' x 6'
  • you will be assigned a poster board (your number will be printed in the conference program book)
  • push pins will be provided
  • posters need to be removed at the end of each session
