Individuals with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, and people from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Applications received by April 25, 2012 will be considered for spring review and decision. Additional applications will be accepted until August 6, 2012.

How To Apply

All interested applicants are asked to submit:

• a copy of academic transcript (if currently or previously enrolled as a college student)
• a curriculum vitae or resume
• a completed application –

  • Apply by mail by printing out the PDF Application and mailing it to:
