The Council for Corporate & School Partnerships, established in March 2001, serves as a forum for the exchange of information, expertise and ideas to ensure that partnerships between businesses and schools achieve their full potential for meeting key educational objectives.
The Council works with educators and businesses to identify, create, recognize and support exemplary school-business partnerships that improve the student experience for all children in the K-12 system of education in the United States.

National Youth Leadership Network
NYLN's mission is to promote youth leadership and education. We teach young people how to advocate. Our goal is to make sure that young people with disabilities have the chance to set and reach their own goals.
Project Summer's goal is to identify strategies that increase the participation of youth with disabilities in work, school, and the community, leading to better post-school outcomes and with a special emphasis on the summer months.
The IDEA Partnership Communities of Practice are focused on advancing policy and practice in four key areas: (a) the intersections of the No Child Left Behind Act and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA); (b) school behavioral health services; (c) interagency transition, and (d) teacher quality. As partner organizations work together and with States, districts, local sites and individuals, they form Communities of Practice whose members learn from each other and take action together in coordinated ways.

YITRC - Youth Information Training and Resource Center
The Wisconsin Youth Information, Training and Resource Center assists young adults (13-30) with developmental disabilities, in a 4-county area (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington) with transition, empowerment, and advocacy related to education, employment and health.
The Youthhood Web site is a dynamic, curriculum-based tool that can help young adults plan for life after high school. It was designed by a talented group of staff at the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition, which is located at the University of Minnesota.
The National Center on Secondary Education and Transition (NCSET) helps organizations and people working with youth help young people like you move from high school to "whatever comes after high school" — whether it be college, technical school, community living, etc.
