AJ Miller Schwichtenberg, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow at UC-Davis
A.J. was the original PA on the Preterm Infant Project. Currently, she is completing her postdoctoral training in Developmental Disabilities Research at the M.I.N.D Institute of the University of California Davis. A.J.'s favorite part of working in the lab was seeing how the children develop from one visit to the next. While working in the lab, A.J. focused on the sleep portion of the study and continues to collaborate on the project. A.J. gave birth to her first son, Myron Harlan Miller, on February 5, 2008.

Cynthia Burnson
Cynthia Burnson began graduate school in 2009 in the Human Development & Family Studies department. She is interested in self-regulation, attachment, and temperament in young children and infants. She has been involved with the lab since 2009.

Sarah Maleck
Lab Manager
Sarah is a graduate student and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in their Counselor Education program. She began working in Dr. Poehlmann's lab in January 2007 as an intern and is now the lab manager. Sarah spends most of her time in the lab training new student interns and also working on the genetic portion of the study.

Amanda Hane
Project Assistant
Amanda has been involved with the Infant-Parent Interaction lab for over two years and is currently a master's student in Human Development and Families Studies program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has worked on the Pre-term Infant Study, at the six year follow-up, and has greatly enjoyed hearing how the families are doing.
