Laboratory Expansion Project

A Vital Public-Private Partnership

The Waisman Center relies on gifts from gracious donors to sustain and enrich its programs and to support major capital projects. Contributions to the Laboratory Expansion Project support one of the center's highest fundraising priorities and will greatly leverage significant additional federal and private funds long into the future. The budget for this project is $8.5 million.  Our goal is to raise all of the funds needed for this project through private gifts.

The Waisman Center is already playing a major international role in redefining the future of biomedical research on human development, developmental disabilities and neurodegenerative diseases. Our discoveries have meaningful benefits to families and individuals who are affected by disability and disease.  This renovation ensures that we are prepared to seize future opportunities for discovery.

There are many ways to support the Waisman Center’s Laboratory Expansion Project, and all gifts—regardless of size or type—are greatly valued.  We deeply appreciate the generous support we receive, and we hope you will strengthen your partnership with the Waisman Center by making a gift today.

When you make a gift to the Waisman Center,
you become a partner in discovery.
