Adenovirus
We have a developed a scalable and reproducible adenovirus production method that can produce purified adenovirus for clinical trials in lot sizes of 1015 – 1016 particles. This process utilizes disposable chromatography systems to minimize cleaning requirements.
In addition, the WCBF has a full suite of QC assays for release testing and characterization of adenovirus, including titering, HPLC, and vp/IU determination, along with a characterized reference standard for comparison.
