Introduction and Mission
The Waisman Clinical BioManufacturing Facility (WCBF) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility that is equipped with experienced staff and specialized equipment that are necessary for GMP manufacturing o of cell therapeutics, gene therapy vectors, and biologics for phase I/II human clinical trials.
The primary mission of the WCBF is to serve researchers as they enter early development of novel biological therapies and to catalyze the advancement of therapies into human clinical trials.
