Tuition Policy
Tuition is due on the first day of the month, but families are not issued monthly bills. No refunds are issued for days absent, and families are expected to keep their accounts up to date. Families who qualify for tuition assistance may obtain funding through the City of Madison Child Care Office, Dane County Human Services, or the University of Wisconsin Office of Child Care and Family Resources (if a UW student). In addition, the Friends of the Waisman Center and the UW Foundation provide a modest scholarship fund for tuition assistance. Admission to WECP is not based on the ability to pay.
