staff and community partners with members of the public who are seeking
information about developmental disabilities and the range of community
services and supports.
The
specific purposes of the Waisman Resource Center are to:

to the
Waisman Center.
Respond
to requests for community training and technical assistance.
Assist
Waisman Center research investigators and program directors to share
information on their projects.
Promote
greater awareness of Waisman Center training, service and outreach programs.
Serve
as a university-based training and demonstration site to organize and
provide information to families, community-based agencies and organizations
and faculty and staff of the Waisman Center.
