About Grandparents’ Network

The Grandparents’ Network

The Grandparents’ Network provides a context for grandparents and other family members to increase their understanding of developmental disabilities, learn how other families cope with the challenge of disability, and contribute expertise, wisdom, and experience.

Monthly Coffee Group

Join us for coffee and conversations on the first Friday of each month! The grandparent-to-grandparent coffee group meets at 9:30 a.m. at the Waisman Center to share advice and discuss concerns as well as learn about resources that can help create positive environments within families and communities.

The Grandparents’ Fund for the Waisman Center

This fund will strengthen the Waisman Center’s research, education and outreach activities by providing private funds to leverage and focus new initiatives and collaborations. It will ensure that research and clinical activities at the Waisman Center continue with a focus on sharing that knowledge with families of children with disabilities. It will increase the Waisman Center’s capacity to support families and improve the future of children with disabilities.
