Elizabeth Delsandro, MS, CCC-SLP
Elizabeth (Liz) Delsandro, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist in the Autism and Developmental Disabilities, CASC, and Newborn Follow-up Clinics. Within the clinics she provides: diagnostic and treatment services in the areas of speech, language, and social-communication for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disorders; diagnostic and treatment services in the area of augmentative and alternative communication for children and young adults with severe communication disorders; and diagnostic services in the areas of communication and feeding for children birth to three. Prior to joining the Waisman Center, Delsandro worked at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Neurobehavior Unit and on the Assistive Technology Team. She also worked at the University of Iowa where she developed functional communication and social-communication programming for children and young adults with autism and trained graduate students in the speech-pathology program.
