Profile

Lauren Hammer, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist in the Communication Aids and Systems Clinic (CASC). Lauren is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, as well as participated as a WI Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental & Related Disabilities (LEND) trainee in her final year of graduate coursework. She previously served as a co-developer of an AAC evaluation program for a multi-disciplinary, pediatric clinic in Illinois to provide comprehensive AAC services to a variety of individuals. Lauren is passionate about collaborating with families and teams and committed to feature matching AAC systems to fit the communication strengths and needs of each individual.
