Kris McArdle, MSW, is a social worker in the Waisman Center Clinics and the American Family Children’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She has more than 10 years of experience working with families of children with special health care needs in a range of settings and roles. McArdle is invested in providing family and child centered care and support to families and children. She is an advocate with families and supports families in accessing appropriate resources and in navigating health and support systems.
