About the Speaker: Brittany Hand, PhD, OTR/L, is an Associate Professor in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at The Ohio State University.  Dr. Hand’s research centers on optimizing health service delivery and patient health outcomes among adults on the autism spectrum and a variety of other patient populations. To this end, she conducts health services research to study healthcare access, utilization, and costs at the population and local levels. One patient population of particular interest in her research is adults on the autism spectrum. In her funded work, she is partnering with key stakeholders to design solutions to overcome barriers to primary care for autistic adults.
