Profile
Liliana Wagner, PhD, BCBA, serves as director of the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the Waisman Center and the community model service core function lead of the UCEDD. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher whose training, research, and professional practice focus on developmental and child psychology and behavior analysis, with a particular emphasis on autism. Clinically, Dr. Wagner provides diagnostic and behavioral health services to young children suspected of autism or other neurodevelopmental differences.
Prior to working at the Waisman Center, Dr. Wagner served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics within the Division of Developmental Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Research Statement
Dr. Wagner’s primary research interests have centered upon the development of novel tools and systems for the early identification of autism and family engagement with the early intervention system. Dr. Wagner is currently engaged in participatory research projects aimed at understanding the unique factors influencing the success and implementation of tele-assessment in communities most susceptible to health-related disparities.
