Are you a mother between 35 and 65 years old who is the primary caregiver of a child (with or without a developmental disability such as autism, Down syndrome, or other conditions)? Researchers from the PHEAPA Lab at the University of Wisconsin–Madison are studying how menopause influences mothers’ quality of life, caregiving experiences, and physical activity. Participation involves completing 4 short online questionnaires, which take about 10–12 minutes. Your experiences will help us find better ways to support mothers’ health and well-being.
