Giizhik’s holiday cards for autism research available

Giizhik Klawiter has autism and began drawing at six years old as a therapeutic outlet. For the last five years, Giizhik and his brother Mino have designed holiday greeting cards and sold them in their hometown of Hayward, Wis. with the help of their mother, Pam Miller. The colorful and unique cards provide an opportunity for the family to raise funds for research and increase autism awareness. The brothers have donated 100 percent of the proceeds (nearly $8,000) from their card sales to autism research at the Waisman Center.
