The Leica CM1950 Cryostat has the ability to cut 1-100 um sections from samples sized below 50 x 80 mm. The chamber cools from 0 °C to -35 °C depending on the ambient temperature (20 °C is ideal, higher temperatures reduce the ability of the chamber to cool). Users must provide their own OCT, paint brushes, and blades
